Indie Affiliate is an affiliate-program directory and submission platform.

The site is operated by 854 Labs LLC, an Indiana limited liability company.

You must be at least 18 years old to use account features.

You are responsible for your account credentials, submitted content, and any activity that occurs through your account.

You are responsible for the affiliate programs, tags, links, and notes you add.

Make sure notices, links, and any disclosures on programs are accurate and lawful.

Do not use Indie Affiliate to submit sensitive, unlawful, or regulated data or to impersonate someone else.

We may suspend access if activity appears abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

If paid plans are introduced, billing is handled through our processor and is generally billed in advance.

If you cancel during a paid period, your access continues through the period end unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We can make product changes, fix issues, and adjust limits as the service evolves.

If we update these Terms in a meaningful way, we will notify you in-app or by email.

Indie Affiliate is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero defects, or perfect accuracy of third-party information.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability for indirect damages is limited.

Any dispute is governed by Indiana law and handled in Indiana courts unless mandatory law says otherwise.
